How do I set up an integration with Exizent

This article will guide you through some quick and easy steps to set up an integration to share data between your system and Exizent

💁 We have already built standard integrations with LawWare and Actionstep. Only follow this process if you're setting up an integration with a different system. Chat with our support team via support@legal.exizent.com before you get started to understand your requirements. This article gives a helpful summary of all current integrations built by Exizent and other integrations setup by our customers and partners.

Setup process

  • In Exizent, a member of your team with Company Administrator permission levels should navigate to Company settings

  • Select the Integrations tab

  • Click the + Add integration button

  • Select Other in the Integration type dropdown

  • Enter the name of the system you're setting up the integration for in the Integration name field

  • You'll see a link to the Exizent API documentation to help you build your integration

  • Your Client ID and Client Secret will be visible on screen. Please share these securely with your IT team or IT partner setting up the integration for you
  • Click Save. This will add the integration to your account and you will see all active integrations on the Integrations tab in the Company settings page
  • When your IT team or IT partner have finished the setup work to integrate the systems, try a test case to make sure you see a new case appearing in Exizent with all the data populated you expected to transfer between the 2 systems.
