How do I share data between my case management system and Exizent?

Easily create cases in Exizent from your case management system and reduce rekeying of data

💁 Exizent have built integrations with the following case management systems:

  • LawWare

  • Actionstep

These integrations have zero setup cost and can be used almost immediately.

🔧 Our customers and partners have also built integrations with these systems:

  • Mattersphere

  • P4W

We are expanding the number of systems which integrate with Exizent to share data and reduce rekeying between systems. If you would like to setup an integration for a system not currently on the list please get in touch via support.legal@exizent.com.

You may already be storing some information about people involved in probate/executry cases in your case management system and find yourself rekeying these details into Exizent to make use of Exizent IHT & Court forms, Estate Accounts and Correspondence functionality. If you would like to minimise rekeying of data, get in touch to discuss how we can help build a connection between the two systems.

During that chat, we'll discuss your requirements and decide what option might work best for you. That could be:

  • Using one of our pre built integrations
  • Your own IT team using our API documentation to build the integration for you
  • Working with our IT partner Xperate to establish timelines for implementation and costs to setup the integration on your behalf

Throughout the process we'll support you to determine what data you'd like to share between systems, choosing the best integration option for you and testing the integration process to make sure all data is transferring seamlessly and as expected from your case management system to an Exizent case.

👷 Our team are regularly making improvements and adding new features. Some things may have changed since this guide was written as functionality gets even more fabulous. If you need further assistance, please contact the Customer Success team who are always happy to help
