How do I register my company on the platform?

This article will guide you through the quick registration process

⭐ To get started you will need:

✔️ Your work email address
✔️  Your phone, with your chosen authenticator app installed (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Authy and 1Password are all compatible)
✔️Company reg. number this can be your Companies House number or, if you don't have one, you can use your company name
✔️Your main office address, exactly as you would like it to appear on Court and HMRC forms
✔️Your regulatory body details and DX number, if you have them

            The Exizent platform works best in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browsers

            Step 1 - Sign up

            Go to the Exizent platform and choose to create an account, then:

            • Enter your email address and click Continue


            • Choose a password and click Continue


             

            💡Ensure you use your work email address. This becomes the email address you sign in with, and it sets the email domain for your firm - colleagues you invite later will need an email address at the same domain.  

             

                Step 2 - Confirm your email  

                We will send you a verification email as soon as you have signed up.

                • Check your inbox and click the link in the email
                • You will see a confirmation that your email address has been verified

                • Return to the platform and click Sign in

                       

                      Step 3 - Set up Multifactor Authentication (MFA)  

                      The first time you sign in, you will be asked to set up multi-factor authentication:

                      • Open your chosen authenticator app and scan the QR code on screen
                      • Enter the six-digit code your app gives you, and click Continue

                       

                      💡 Keep the authenticator app on your phone - you are asked for a fresh six-digit code each time you sign in.

                      💡If you cannot scan the code, click Trouble Scanning? and type the key into your authenticator app by hand instead.

                      Step 4 - Fill in your details

                      • Enter your first name, last name and phone number
                      • Add your job title and regulatory body details if you would like to - these are optional
                      • Tick to accept the terms and agreements
                      • Click Continue
                      • Fill in Your company details and click Next step

                           Step 5 - Create your organisation 

                          • Enter your company name and phone number
                          • Add your Companies House number and regulatory body details if you have them
                          • Enter your primary office address - search by postcode, or click Enter address manually
                          • Add your DX number if you use one
                          • Click Create organisation
