# I haven't received the email verification to complete my company registration

## This article guides you through what to do if you don't receive the email to complete registration on the Exizent platform.

When registering your company on the platform, you will receive an email titled **Welcome to Exizent** containing a button asking you to **Confirm Email**:

If you don't receive this, please follow these steps: 

- Check your junk/spam folder for our email
- If you have still not received the email you can return to the registration page, press the **Resend Email** button and check your email account again
