This guide will walk you through how to add colleagues to your case so you can collaborate and work together
👩🏫 Company admin: You can add a collaborator to any case and can be added to any case as a collaborator
💼 Case owner: You can add a collaborator to any case you own and can be added to any case as a collaborator
⭐ Delegate permission status: You cannot add collaborators to cases but can be added to any case as a collaborator

How do I add/update collaborators on a case?
- Navigate to Your overview (or Company overview if you are a company admin and want to add collaborators to any case, not just cases you own)
- Click on the menu button to the right hand side of the case you want to add a collaborator to
- Click Update collaborators
- Information on Current collaborators will appear
- From the drop down menu choose the colleague(s) you want to add
- Once you've chosen a collaborator/collaborators they will appear in the box
- Click Update collaborators
- You will now be able to view collaborators on your case and they can start helping you with your workload
How do I view collaborators on my case?
- Within Your overview, you can see collaborators on a case by hovering your mouse over the Collaborators column on the required case
How do I remove collaborators from a case?
- Navigate to the case you want to remove collaborators from
- Click on the menu button to the right of the case
- Click Update collaborators
- Within Current collaborators information, click Remove on anyone you want to remove
- Click Update collaborators to save
- The collaborator will no longer have access to that case
👩🏫 Company admins can remove collaborators from any case
💼 Case owners can remove collaborators from any case they own
⭐ Delegates cannot remove collaborators from cases
