How do I setup the LawWare integration with Exizent?

Easily create cases in Exizent with one click in your LawWare case management system and reduce rekeying of data

To setup the integration:

  1. Check you are operating on V5 of LawWare
    If you're not on V5 yet don't worry, the LawWare team will be able to assist you in upgrading, contact support@lawware.co.uk to schedule your upgrade
  2. Identify the email address you will use for your integration account

    Choose an existing generic company email address or create a new email address that you have access to, eg info@mysolicitorfirmname.co.uk

  3. Create the integration user account on the Exizent platform
    A Company Admin user on your team should log into Exizent and use the chosen email address in step 2 to create the integration user account. See how to add new users
  4. Validate the integration user account
    Check the email inbox for the chosen email address for an invitation email called Join us on the Exizent platform and click the blue Set up my account link
  5. Complete integration user setup details
    1. In the first name field, enter your Firm name
    2. In the surname field, enter LawWare Integration
    3. Complete the remaining fields: contact number, password and security question
    4. Click the blue Sign up button
  6. Upgrade integration account user permissions
    Change the new users permission level from "Delegate" to "Company Admin". See

  7. Notify Exizent of your LawWare integration request

    Send a quick email to support@legal.exizent.com informing us you have completed the above tasks and confirming the email address (not password) for the newly set up integration account user

  8. Receive notification your LawWare integration setup is complete
    Exizent will coordinate the integration setup with LawWare on your behalf. LawWare will notify you via email once everything is setup and the integration is ready for use
