This article explains what to do if your colleague hasn't received their invite to join the Exizent platform.
After inviting your colleague to the Exizent platform, they should receive a Join us on the Exizent platform email which includes a Set up my account link.
If your colleague hasn't received this email, please ask them to check their junk/spam folder for our email. If it isn't there, check their email address is spelled correctly:
- Go to Team overview
- Locate your colleague's name and check their email address
- If their email address is correct, you can resend the invitation
- Locate your colleague's name and click the three dots at the end of the row
- Click Resend invite
