My colleague hasn't received their invite

This article explains what to do if your colleague hasn't received their invite to join the Exizent platform.

After inviting your colleague to the Exizent platform, they should receive a Join us on the Exizent platform email which includes a Set up my account link.

If your colleague hasn't received this email, please ask them to check their junk/spam folder for our email. If it isn't there, check their email address is spelled correctly:

  • Go to Team overview

  • Locate your colleague's name and check their email address

  • If their email address is correct, you can resend the invitation
  • Locate your colleague's name and click the three dots at the end of the row

20220114 Colleague didnt recieve invite (dots outlined)

  • Click Resend invite

20220106 Permissions  Resend invite
