Q: I'm unable to download an app on my phone/tablet, is there another way to do this?

        A: We have our handy knowledge base article to guide you through adding a desktop authenticator. We recommend talking to your IT team beforehand to ensure the right app is downloaded

Q: The authenticator code on Microsoft Authenticator is saying it is 'invalid' when I enter this into the Exizent login page, why is this?

        A: You may need to relink the account again. To do this follow the below instructions:

  • Open your authenticator app and tap on the Exizent option

  • This will give you an option to remove, please do this 
  • When you go to add this again, please can you chose this option

Q: Can two people in the company use the same MFA? 

        A: For security you will need to have your own account on the platform, so you won't be able to share login details, alongside this MFA won't work with you using someone else's account. You will need your own login details on the platform. The 'Company Admin' on the platform will need to invite you as a user - our knowledge base here explains how to do this: How do I invite colleagues to the platform?
